Absolutely great room with particularly good view of the beach. Awesome location very close to a marina, a running, walking, bike path and Eden Roc for an extended weekend vacation, and very very good breakfast...

Brand-new and neat room with a lot of space. Great decor of the room, helpful and diligent staff from the waitstaff at the pool.

Beautufil oceanfront location, balcony, they offered us some fabulous breakfasts that we ate near Starbucks enjoying the view in peace. Huge and comfortable bathroom. Beach is easily accessible.

The location seemed marvellous and lovely to market which for the most part is n't paying for it themselves. No complaints whatsoever, appreciated my stay at this hotel and will be back.

The breakfast is very good, varied and tasty. Beautiful Fitness Room with brand new equipment. Beautiful beach and swimming pools. Great food at the pool bar.
Room furniture is a little bit poor. Instead of the sea view room that we'd booked we were given another one. They promised to change it on the second day of our stay but it never happened. Soaps, shampoos and other items were only refilled on request.

Location great. Comfortable. Reception staff friendly and helpful
Not enough staff on hand so had to wait 2 hours at night for a blanket. Had to wait too long for lunch so had to cancel. Cleaning staff sharing personal problems and complaining when you asked to have your room cleaned

I love the pool, lobby and the room with partial ocean views was perfectly decorated and very well put together. The staff overall was very helpful, but in particular - the folks working the bar by the beach and serving drinks on the beach was awesome.
The only reason why the hotel did not get a perfect score was the cold reception I obtained from the hosts at 1500 Restaurant and the concierge. Having two rooms at the Hotel, I thought would provide me some preference when it came to obtaining a table at the Restaurant. My wife and I were looking forward to trying this Restaurant after some positive reviews, but the hosts turned me off with a very cold attitude and telling me that they could not seat me unitl after 10:00 PM (if we get lucky). Frustrated, I went to the concierge who was completely useless. Not a big deal as Miami Beach is full of wonderful eating choices, but the only negative mark on an otherwise perfect Hotel and staff experience.

Fine, Fine, Fine
I was in an Oceanfront Junior Suite King Balcony, and let me tell you, the views were jaw-dropping! Waking up to the sunrise over the ocean while sipping my coffee on the spacious balcony was pure bliss. Plus, the room combined elegance and comfort perfectly.
can recommend 🥰🌊

Location & design was excellent .
- valet parking was expensive (35$ + Tax + tip) and it take them 10 to 15 to pring the car. - room cleaning was not professional (only put the things in it's position is not cleaning

Very good hotel if you choose the "tower"rooms which are modern. the breakfast is great and the staff is very friendly.
The lobby is not comfortable. In front of the hotel, the private beach was close to works in progress and we could not swim because of the dirtyness and the pollution of the sea.

the location i have to say it was great...we wanted something close to the beach, and we got it....the staff were very polite i must say and friendly, the location was not bad at all, not far from the heart of south beach( we rented a car as well since we wanted the flexibility of moving on our own)...i would definitely recommend as a well rounded hotel... i wished they had bitt more activity for kids since i was traveling with my 3 year old,(they did have a game room but not much in it) and would've liked other activities other than swimming.
since i wasn't looking for anything over the top (again i had a 3 year old to watch after) and just lay by the beach,,,, i can't say much on the cons of Eden Roc....

Had an awesome time at this place! The spa treatments were top-notch and the pool area was super relaxing, perfect for unwinding. The only thing that could be improved is the wait time at the beach bar, but overall, I loved it! 🌴

Is a nice Hotel but not my taste, is more like to stay in a big shopping mall, there are extra charges for everything and the beach is not so nice. I don't think is a good value for money. The restaurant is great.

Right on the beach. 4 pools. Beauitful views from Ocean View rooms. Would sta here again.
The main restaurant (1500 Degrees) was not that good, but there are plenty of other restaurants around.
